		<description>It always amazes me when Im at work, so many users call in because they cant remember their passwords from when they used them last. They have forgotten them over the weekend!
And they gripe so because we make them use at least 6 letters and at least 4 numbers!
Yet when we inform them of a successful attack being thwarted and their data being saved, they just get that vacant stare.
